All-Purpose Realty is one of Canada’s leading real estate referral services and has helped thousands of families with their relocation needs. Although we are a licensed real estate company in Ontario and other provinces in Canada, we do not trade in real estate, but rather introduce our clients to real estate agents in the market they are buying or selling a home. Our referral network providers pay us a referral fee for being introduced to a client, a standard procedure in the real estate industry, based on the value of the Member transactions.
Our referral network includes agents from well known national, regional and local real estate firms, such as Re/Max, Royal LePage, Sutton Group, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Prudential and more. We work with specific agents rather than the company. Agents used for referrals are pre-screened by All-Purpose Realty and must match our client’s needs, which can vary based on the type of property you are buying or selling.
Features of the Real Estate Reward Program for members include:
- Introduction to a pre-screened real estate agent in your market. You are under no obligation to use this agent. If you decide to use the agent referred, then you will receive a cash rebate of $25 for every $10,000 increment in completed real estate transaction value, from All-Purpose Realty . For example, sell a home for $250,000 and receive a $625 rebate; buy a home for $300,000 and receive a $750 rebate. There is no limit on the rebate and you are free to negotiate the commission with the agent. The rebate will be sent to you within 30-45 days of closing the transaction.
- Exciting New Mortgage Broker Program
An introduction to an experienced mortgage professional in your geographic area who offers complete mortgage services to plan members. As a CAWLSP member there is
often no charge (see "details" below) to use this service. You will have access to over 30 of Canada's top mortgage lenders!

- Once you have completed a transaction through the All-Purpose Realty referral service, you will be entitled to the following additional benefits:
- A certificate to use at The Brick. The certificate will entitle you to builder pricing (discounts) on appliance and furniture purchases.
- An introduction to a household goods moving company in your market, offering special pricing to plan members. Although we have negotiated special rates, you are free to negotiate directly with the moving company or to obtain competitive quotes from other moving companies. We work with van line affiliated moving companies, with quality standards in place. For details on the moving discounts click here.
- An introduction to a professional general home inspector for your new home purchase. The inspectors' base rates are very competitive, and, as a CAWLSP Member, you will be entitled to a $50 discount. With your permission, the home inspector will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time for the appointment.
- An introduction to Welcome Wagon. A representative from Welcome Wagon will contact you to arrange a visit, providing you advise the All-Purpose Realty counselor that you wish to receive this free service. The representative will bring local maps, transit, recycling and local recreational information, as well as personally recommend local community based businesses (e.g. grocery stores) who offer gifts and services to relocated consumers.
