Our services are available across Canada and we utilize established full service real estate agents from well-known national, regional and local real estate firms. In the markets where Interior Savings has branches, we utilize real estate agents who are known by branch staff and this gives everyone that extra comfort level. We will match you with an agent based on your requirements, whether this is geographical, language or experience in areas such as investment properties, acreage, farmland, waterfront and more.
Whether you are referred to All-Purpose Realty by a staff member at Interior Savings or you call us directly, a personal counselor will be assigned to work with you through the entire home sale and purchase process. The counselor will explain the program in detail including the benefits. If you want to enroll in the program and be introduced to a real estate agent, we will make the introduction. If you are not happy with the agent we refer, as long as you don’t sign anything, you are under no obligation. If you decide to take advantage of the program and use the real estate agent we refer, then you will be entitled to these benefits: Note that these benefits are available to credit union members selling a home through the program and also for a home purchase (2 vacation packages for a buy and sell); however on a purchase, if a mortgage is required, the mortgage must be arranged with Interior Savings to qualify for the vacation package on the purchase.
- A 2 night getaway vacation package. To view the properties available please visit 2 night getaway hotel stay. There are approximately 200 locations in Canada and the USA to choose from. You are responsible for your own transportation.
- Savings on home furniture and appliance purchases through a special arrangement Interior Savings has made with The Brick for members participating in the First Call Real Estate Program, to receive wholesale pricing.
This offer is available by appointment only, members will be sent a Brick Certificate with an email contact address for the Brick and a representative from the Brick will contact you to make an appointment.
- Savings on your household goods moving and storage costs. AMJ Campbell Van Lines in Kelowna and Milton’s Movers in Kamloops, both well established moving companies and members of leading Van Line organizations are offering members a 10% discount off all local moving and packing charges. Additionally, when using their services for a move, they will provide 30 days free storage (excludes the move in and out). This could be ideal for those members wishing to stage their home before selling.
